今年のカンヌ映画祭の最高賞受賞は『Loose Change』？

イギリスのメディアが911真相究明ドキュメンタリー『Loose Change』を立て続けに取り上げている。

◆Guardian：「They're all forced to listen to us」（2007/1/26）

It began as a tiny internet film attacking the 'lies' surrounding 9/11. Now, millions of people have heard its message. Like it or loathe it, you can't ignore Loose Change, says Ed Pilkington.

The final test for Avery and co is yet to come. They are putting together Loose Change: the Final Cut using an upgraded Power Mac G5 (price $5,000). They have filmed original interviews with Washington players, employed lawyers to iron out copyright issues with borrowed footage, commissioned 3D graphics from Germany, and recruited a theology professor to act as fact-checker and consultant. The end result, they hope, will be seen at Cannes and have a cinema release in America and across the world on the sixth anniversary of 9/11.

If that happens, they will have squared the circle. The underground film-makers will have come up for air, exposing millions more people to their argument - and themselves to intense scrutiny. Stand back and enjoy the fireworks.

『Loose Change』の製作者が狙っているのは、マイケル・ムーアが『華氏９１１』でやったように、カンヌ映画祭に参加して注目を集めること。そしてその勢いでアメリカや世界各国の劇場公開を勝ち取ることだ。『華氏９１１』ではディズニーが配給を拒否し、結局取り扱いはミラマックスに決まったが、『Loose Change』は一体どこが引き受けるのか。

現在ファイナルカットに向けて、弁護士に著作権調査を依頼したり、「神学者の教授」をコンサルタントにして事実関係のチェックを進めているという。この教授とは、デビット・レイ・グリフィン。彼は欧州で精力的に講演活動を行っている。９１１真相究明活動はアメリカ国内ですでに限界であり、欧州議会や国際司法裁判所などを巻き込んで本丸のアメリカに乗り込まない限り、現状は変わらないというのが彼の認識だ。

◆This is London：「An explosion of disbelief - fresh doubts over 9/11」（2007/2/9）

Yet today, more than five years on, this accepted version of what happened on 9/11 is being challenged by a 90-minute internet movie made for £1,500 on a cheap laptop by three young American men. The film is so popular that up to 100 million viewers have watched what is being dubbed the first internet blockbuster.

The movie was shown on television to 50 million people in 12 countries on the fifth anniversary of 9/11 last autumn. More than 100,000 DVDs have been sold and another 50,000 have been given away. In Britain, 491,000 people have clicked on to Google Video to watch it on their computers.

Called Loose Change, the film is a blitz of statistics, photographs pinched from the web, eyewitness accounts and expert testimony, all set to hip-hop music. And it is dramatically changing the way people think about 9/11.

A recent poll by the respected New York Times revealed that three out of four Americans now suspect the U.S. government of not telling the truth about 9/11. This proportion has shot up from a year ago, when half the population said they did not believe the official story of an Al Qaeda attack.

The video claims the Bush administration was, at the very least, criminally negligent in allowing the terrorist attacks to take place. It also makes the startling claim that the U.S. government might have been directly responsible for 9/11 and is now orchestrating a cover-up.

Unsurprisingly, the film's allegations have been denied, even roundly condemned, by White House sources and U.S. intelligence services.

Only this week, the letters page of the Guardian newspaper was full of discourse about Loose Change, which was made by a trio of twentysomethings, including a failed film school student and a disillusioned ex-soldier.

Indeed, the movie's assertions are being explored by a number of commentators in America and Britain - including the former Labour Cabinet Minister Michael Meacher - who are questioning the official account of 9/11.

Mr Meacher, who last year proposed holding a screening of Loose Change at the House of Commons (he later changed his mind), has said of 9/11: "Never in modern history has an event of such cataclysmic significance been shrouded in such mystery. Some of the key facts remain unexplained on any plausible basis."

These words were written in a foreword for Professor David Ray Griffin's bestselling book, The New Pearl Harbour (a pointed reference to the conspiracy theory that President Roosevelt allowed the Japanese to assault the U.S. fleet in 1941, in order to force America into World War II).

Griffin, now nearing retirement, is emeritus professor at the Claremont School of Theology in California and a respected philosopher. While Loose Change is capturing the interest of internet devotees, Professor Griffin's equally contentious theories are receiving standing ovations in book clubs across the U.S.

Together, the book and the movie have raised the question: could the attack be a carbon copy of Operation Northwoods, an aborted plan by President Kennedy to stage terror attacks in America and blame them on Communist Cuba as a pretext for a U.S. invasion to overthrow Fidel Castro?

北朝鮮を遥かに凌ぐ、犯罪超大国アメリカの拉致部隊

いよいよドイツの逆襲が始まる。そしてアメリカ崩壊への序曲だ。

◆産経Web：独検察、ＣＩＡ職員１３人の逮捕状　誤認逮捕、監禁容疑（2007/2/1）

【ベルリン＝黒沢潤】ドイツ検察当局は３１日、レバノン系ドイツ人が米中央情報局（ＣＩＡ）に誤認逮捕された事件で、監禁容疑でＣＩＡ職員１３人の逮捕状を取ったことを明らかにした。
　このドイツ人は独南部出身の無職ハレード・マスリ氏（４３）で、２００３年１２月、テロ活動に関与したとしてマケドニアでＣＩＡ職員に拘束された後、アフガニスタンで過酷な尋問を受けたとされる。しかし、のちに人違いであることが判明、０４年５月にアルバニアで釈放された。
　独メディアによれば、１３人のうち数人はＣＩＡ関連の航空会社に偽名を使って勤務し、現在は米ノース・カロライナなどに住んでいるという。
　逮捕状は米国内では効力を持たないが、１３人が欧州連合（ＥＵ）域内に入国した場合には、ただちに拘束される。
　マスリ氏は米国で０５年１２月、ＣＩＡに対し損害賠償を求める訴訟を起こしたが、秘密活動の実態が明らかになるとして却下された経緯がある。
　一方、マスリ氏が拘束中、ドイツの諜報機関要員とみられる男性からも尋問を受けたと主張していることが事態を複雑化させている。シュレーダー前政権はイラク戦争に強く反対したことで知られるが、諜報機関を統轄する立場にあった同政権のシュタインマイヤー首相府長官（現外相）が実は裏で米国と協力していた疑いがあるとして非難の矢面に立たされている。(2007/02/01 10:35)

ドイツだけではない。イタリアでもＣＩＡエージェントへの逮捕状が出ている。

◆中日新聞：「ＣＩＡ拉致は犯罪」独検察が逮捕状（2007/2/1）

【ベルリン＝三浦耕喜】米中央情報局（ＣＩＡ）がテロ容疑者として外国市民を他国で拉致していることに欧州で反発が広がっている。ドイツ検察当局は３１日、拉致にかかわったとして１３人に対する逮捕状を取得したと発表。イタリア当局も別の拉致事件でＣＩＡ要員を追っており、大西洋を挟んだ外交問題に発展しそうな勢いだ。
　独検察が捜査しているのは、２００３年１２月にレバノン系ドイツ人のハリド・マスリ氏が米中枢同時テロとの関連を疑われ、旅先のマケドニアでＣＩＡに拉致された事件。同氏はアフガニスタンに移送された後、拷問などの虐待を受けたが、人違いだったとして５カ月後にアルバニアで解放された。
　捜査は米国が協力を拒否したため難航したが、移送に用いられた飛行機が立ち寄ったスペインの捜査協力で実行犯の１３人を特定。独検察は身元の詳細は明らかにしていないが、ＣＩＡの要員または協力者とみられる。
　ＣＩＡによる拉致事件では、イタリア検察当局も０３年にミラノでエジプト人イスラム教聖職者ムスタファ・オサマ・ナスル師を拉致した容疑で、これまでにＣＩＡ要員ら２６人の逮捕状を取得している。
　これらの拉致には、内々に現地国側の了承があったことも取りざたされており、独伊両国とも米国の責任を真正面から問うことは避けている。だが、司法当局は捜査を進めており、各国で追及を求める声が高まりそうだ。

２００６年９月から注目すべき報道が起こっていた。

◆毎日：「CIA機：スペイン外相、存在認める」（2006/9/15）

【ブリュッセル福原直樹】スペインのモラティノス外相は14日、米中央情報局（CIA）のテロ容疑者不当拘束疑惑を調べている欧州議会で「CIAが不当拘束に使用したとされる飛行機がスペインの空港に66回着陸した」と証言した。欧州連合（EU）加盟国の閣僚クラスが同議会でCIA機の存在を認めたのは初めて。ブッシュ米大統領は今月6日に秘密収容所の存在を認めており、外相の指摘するCIA機が秘密施設の間を結んでいた可能性がある。
　外相証言によると、スペインの照会に米国は離着陸を認めたが、「（スペイン着陸時は）テロ容疑者を運んでいなかった」と説明したという。だが、外相によると、飛行機の一部は秘密収容所の存在が指摘される東欧や、収容所のある米軍グアンタナモ基地（キューバ）を経由したという。外相は「スペイン経由のCIA機が過去に（不当拘束という）犯罪を行った可能性がある」としている。
　米国のテロ容疑者不当拘束疑惑では01年の同時多発テロ事件以降、CIAがテロ容疑者を法手続きを無視して拘束し、第三国や米国の収容所に移送したとされる。欧州議会は01〜05年にCIA機が欧州に1000回飛来したと指摘している。（毎日新聞 2006/09/15）

拙ブログが『スペインの「３１１テロ」と、赤道ギニアの石油利権クーデター』でまとめた通り、スペインはアメリカ諜報機関のやりたい放題の拠点であった。それがいよいよあからさまにバレ始めているということだ。

しばらく日本のニュースをほとんど見ていなかったが、北朝鮮の紙幣偽造疑惑もアメリカのやらせという報道が出てきている。朝鮮総連が大喜びするような内容だが、注目すべきは発信源がドイツであることだ。

◆日刊ベリタ：偽ドル“スーパーノート”はＣＩＡが米国内で秘密裏に印刷　北朝鮮説を否定　ドイツ紙報道（2006/1/25）

日本の民放各社が好んで視聴率を稼げるネタとして使うのが、北朝鮮報道である。北朝鮮が陰謀の巣窟であるかのように、拉致問題と絡めて視聴者の反感を煽るように番組は作られている。中でも北朝鮮による偽ドル偽造報道については、米国内にすら証拠が存在しないと指摘されてきたにもかかわらず、“顔を隠し音声を変えられた関係者”の証言だけが確たる証拠として喧伝されてきた。ドイツ紙フランクフルター・アルゲマイネ・ゾンターク（ＦＡＳ）が１月６日、「ＣＩＡが議会の承認を得ずに水面下工作の資金を捻出するために秘密裏に偽造に関わり、北朝鮮の仕業にしていた」と報じたことから、海外では大きな波紋を呼んでいる。なぜか日本ではほぼ無視されているが、読者の判断材料として、フランクフルター・アルゲマイネ・ツァイトゥング（ＦＡＺ）がＦＡＳを引用する形で報じた内容を紹介する。（ベリタ通信）

今後、アメリカとイスラエルの諜報機関の悪事が次々と白日のもとにさらされるだろう。こういう報道が起こってくると、同じように悪さをしているイギリスの「ＭＩ６」はどうして報道されないのだろう、と訝る私である。映画『００７』の人気も相変わらずだ。広報のうまさが一枚上手なのか、あるいは諜報活動の腕前が田舎者ＣＩＡより数段上なのか。
